Lemon zest, toffee apples – and a scent of coconut. Hand-selected
sherry casks help create this paradise of flavours and rich, golden
colour. It’s the taste of Scotland’s slowest distillation, and our
insistence on barley dried by air – never peat.
The nose is warm and lightly spiced with fresh stone fruit notes like green apple and pear. The palate is very soft and fruity, yet, absolutely blooms with a nice heated mouthfeel with a finish of honey and whispers of new wood.
