Quite a full-bodied experience for a gin as it's not distilled. Rather, it is soaked and strained with it's botanicals in a method called cold-compounding. This brings a more forward and powerful flavour profile, but it is balanced very well and has all the hallmark flavours of a traditional dry gin.
