Albert Bichot Chablis 'Domaine Long Depaquit'

Home Information Map Review

This pale green-gold wine has a fresh nose typical of mineral and apple fruit. On the palate it is quite fleshy with a good body. This wine goes well with freshwater fish, shellfish and poultry in white sauce.

Light yellow and very clean in colour. Ripe stone fruit and wet stone on the nose. On the palate it's more punchy than the nose lets on. An attack of fleshy fruit with a pleasant lingering minerality. -Shawn
