Every Grand Vintage is unique and original, the Cellar Master’s free, personal interpretation in service of revealing the exceptional personality of singular vintage years. Produced from the harvest of one of the cooler years of the past decade, Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2008, made predominantly from chardonnay, has an unmistakable vigour and freshness.
Bright, pale-yellow with glimmers of green. Initial floral notes of linden, honeysuckle and acacia with citrus nuances give way to gently biscuity brioche, frangipane, almond and vanilla scents. This vintage is linear and focused, with an underlying acidity. The vibrant finish is mouth-watering, with a lingering note of citrus fruit.
