Uigeadail derives from "Dark and Mysterious" in Gaelic. It relates to the Loch where Ardbeg draws its water. Note of peat with an initial sweet, almost honey taste on the palate before the peat and malt barley come to the fore.
Sweet meets savoury in awesome fashion. Velvety, dark sugars splash against swirling smoke. A warm front of roasted coffee and a downpour of sweet, ripe fruit. It's bold, it's utterly balanced, it's brilliant.
