This wine comes from Gamay grapes and so can be drunk slightly chilled, in order to protect the delicious aromas of fruits and the delicate freshness of the wine. This Beaujolais Villages can be drunk young but will age well for 2-3 years. Ideal as an aperitif or with salads and light meats.
A strong red purple colour with fresh red fruits on the nose and a hint of dark cherry. Slightly spicy with a touch of grey pepper, liquorice and rose flower. The whole wine is very well balanced with a nice acidity.
