In true Bollinger fashion the 007 edition is a delight. Dark golden in colour hinting to its intensity and maturity, aromas of honey, melon, toast and vanilla. On the palate the mouthfeel is lively and creamy, dry with notes of pear and lemon leading into a lengthy finish of bitter orange peel. A spectacular champagne with a license to kill.
