A beautifully crisp gin with plenty of piney, leafy aromas. The taste isn’t as strong as the nose would have you think, but it has a depth of flavour that comes through whether it is drunk neat or in a G&T, with a touch of pepper and a hint of creaminess that coats the throat. Drunk neat, it has a beautiful warming sensation. Enjoyed with a tonic, there is a sweetness that isn’t overpowering but can take away the slightly bitter taste some people get from tonic water. Each year, the flavour profile changes slightly due to the effect the climate has on the botanicals, making it truly vintage.
