Warner Edwards Harrington Dry Gin is an artisan small-batch gin made at the Warner Edwards Distillery by lifelong friends Tom Warner and Sion Edwards using an array of juniper, elderflower, coriander, cardamon and other secret botanicals. Their copper pot still "Curiosity", named after feline pawprints that appeared in the newly laid stillroom floor, runs for seven hours producing a complex, rounded and intensely flavoured gin. Aromatic and spicy, with elderflower and lavendar notes which lead into a palate of juniper, citrus and ginger.
