Windy Peak wines are made at Dixons Creek winery in Victoria Australia from carefully selected fruit. After a warm, dry growing season the Pinot Grigio was picked at optimum maturity and whole bunch pressed to retain varietal character and freshness.Light straw in colour with a slight green hints this wine boasts aromas of honey, hay, grass and herbal fruit flavours on the palate.
