Drappier's Carte d'Or Demi Sec champagne has all the aroma of the Pinot Noir grape variety, which in fact makes up 80% of the blend. This is a black grape with white juice and is highly prized not only for its structure but also for the subtle notes of red fruits which characterize it. The demi sec is off-dry and fruity.
